I saw these on Patty Bennett's blog at pattystamps.typepad.com. She has a how-to-make video and many different samples. My stamp club met a week ago and made some really awesome ones for birthday, Halloween and Christmas. I used the Envelope Punch Board to make the tabs like on a file folder. I plan to place a gift card inside.
